Shipping Information

Order Processing & Shipping Days

  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
  • Items are typically drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  • Standard shipments are made via UPS or FedEx Ground.
  • Larger items may be shipped by trucking companies.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • Garrett Specialties ships from multiple facilities across the U.S.; items may arrive at different times and in separate shipments if multiple items are ordered.

Shipping Charges & Billing

  • If you prefer to have shipping billed to your shipping account number, please provide us with the information.
  • If a shipping account number is not provided, you will be notified of the additional shipping charge, which will be charged to your credit card.
  • If an invalid account is provided for shipping, your credit card will automatically be charged.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Should items be lost or damaged in transit when using third-party billing, Garrett Specialties is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment. Returned Shipments

Garrett Specialties and suppliers are not responsible for returned shipments when full ship-to information is not provided by the customer. Garrett Specialties will not be held responsible in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.

Shipping Delays

Garrett Specialties is not accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which Garrett Specialties has no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Garrett Specialties be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.
