Order Being Prepared
Garrett Specialties still believes that personal contact is necessary in building relationships and trust with our customers. However, we recognize the importance of today's technology, and have built a dynamic website to keep up with the new trends. We offer the ability to order online, but we still understand the importance of personal contact. Therefore, if our customer's prefer to order online we are ready to help you with all your needs. No one works on commission so everyone is happy to help you. If more information is needed, one of our sales representatives will be happy to assist. Our new website is designed to make ordering easier, but we always welcome phone orders.
When ordering online or over the phone you will receive an order acknowledgement via email.
Online orders you can just log in to your account to view the status. You will also receive emails of status. Before we charge your credit we make sure that the item is in stock. Following receipt of your artwork and the order, we will start processing your order. You will receive an email that your order is being processed.
If you need to make changes to your order, the changes must be made to the pending order prior to your final artwork approval. These changes may include increasing the product quantity needed, color of the product, artwork and imprint color. It is important to make sure all changes to an order are finalized prior to submitting final approval of the artwork. When final approval is given, the order is sent directly into production which makes it impossible to make any further changes. By giving final approval, you are acknowledging and accepting that your order will be produced exactly as you have approved it.
Garrett Specialties reserves the right to make price adjustments.
An eproof proof will be emailed prior to production unless an eproof is waived due to time frame. After receipt of email approval of the artwork, we will then proceed with production. At which time you will receive an email confirming that your order is in production. Tracking information will be provided when your order has shipped. A final invoice will be emailed to the email address provided on the original order.
All orders require prepayment in full and ship to address located within the U.S. Using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, & American Express accepted) will insure that your order is fulfilled quickest. Your credit card is charged when the order is processed. A company check or cashier's check are accepted, too. Though we will require funds to have cleared our account before order is processed. Be advised that a $50.00 fee will assessed if your check is returned Non Sufficient Funds.
