Order Being Prepared

Garrett Specialties still believes that personal contact is necessary in building relationships and trust with our customers. However, we recognize the importance of today's technology, and have built a dynamic website to keep up with new trends. We offer the ability to order online, but we still understand the importance of personal contact. If customers prefer to order online, we are ready to help you with all your needs. No one works on commission, so everyone is happy to help. If more information is needed, one of our sales representatives will be happy to assist. Our new website is designed to make ordering easier, but we always welcome phone orders.

When ordering online or over the phone, you will receive an order acknowledgment via email. Online orders can be tracked by logging into your account, and status emails will also be sent. Before charging your credit card, we verify that the item is in stock. Following receipt of your artwork and the order, we will start processing your order. You will receive an email that your order is being processed.

Order Changes

Any changes to your order must be made to the pending order prior to final artwork approval. Changes may include increasing product quantity, changing product color, or modifying artwork and imprint color. It is important to ensure all changes are finalized before submitting final artwork approval. Once final approval is given, the order is sent into production, and no further changes can be made. By approving the artwork, you acknowledge and accept that your order will be produced exactly as approved.

Pricing & Eproof

Garrett Specialties reserves the right to make price adjustments. An eproof will be emailed prior to production unless waived due to time constraints. After email approval of the artwork, production will begin, and you will receive an email confirming that your order is in production. Tracking information will be provided when your order has shipped. A final invoice will be emailed to the address provided on the original order.

Payment

All orders require prepayment in full and ship to a U.S. address. Using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) ensures the quickest fulfillment. Your credit card is charged when the order is processed. Company checks or cashier's checks are accepted, but funds must clear before processing. A $50.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks due to Non-Sufficient Funds.

International Orders

All orders require a U.S. shipping address. International orders with a U.S. shipping address require wire transfer, with funds cleared before production. An additional $25.00 charge applies.
