Artwork Requirements
At Garrett Specialties, we want to make sure your artwork is processed quickly and accurately. Please follow the guidelines below when submitting your logo or design for an order.
Where to Send Your Artwork
Email your artwork to [email protected], or upload your files directly during checkout on our website.
Acceptable Artwork Formats
For the best imprint quality, please provide clean line art or vector artwork whenever possible. Accepted artwork formats include:
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps)
- Adobe Photoshop (.psd) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi
- CorelDRAW (.cdr)
Color Matching
If your artwork requires a specific color match, please provide the appropriate Pantone Matching System (PMS) color number. Exact color matches cannot always be guaranteed because colors may vary depending on the product material and printing process.
Artwork Cleanup and Proof Approval
When necessary, we can clean up submitted artwork to prepare it for production. A PDF proof will be provided for your review and approval before your order proceeds to production.
Please review your proof carefully to make sure the artwork, spelling, layout and imprint information are correct before approving it.
QR Codes
Due to the uneven surfaces found on many promotional products, Garrett Specialties currently does not support QR code printing.
