Rush Orders for Promotional Products
Garrett Specialties offers rush service on many promotional products when a faster production schedule is needed. Depending on the individual product, rush production may be available in approximately 1โ5 working days.
Rush availability and production time vary by product, quantity, artwork requirements and the production schedule at the time the order is placed. Please confirm rush availability for the specific item before relying on a particular delivery date.
Rush Service Availability
Not every promotional product is available with rush production. Products that offer rush service may also have specific requirements concerning order quantity, imprint colors, artwork and customization options.
If you have a firm deadline, contact Garrett Specialties before placing your order so we can help determine whether the product and available production schedule can meet your requirements.
Artwork and Proof Approval
Complete, production-ready artwork is especially important for rush orders. Missing information, artwork changes or delays in approval can affect the production schedule.
When an art proof is required, please review and approve it promptly. Production time generally begins after the order requirements and necessary artwork approval have been completed.
Production Time and Shipping Time
Rush production time refers to the time required to produce the promotional products and does not necessarily include shipping or transit time.
If your order must arrive by a particular date, both production time and shipping time need to be considered. Expedited shipping may be necessary depending on the destination and required delivery date, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Orders With Firm Deadlines
Please let us know about a required event or delivery date as early as possible. Rush production can shorten the normal production schedule on eligible products, but availability depends on the individual item and current production requirements.
We recommend confirming the rush schedule before placing an order for a trade show, meeting, conference, company event or other promotion with a firm date.
