Garrett Specialties understands that there are times when you may want to see a product before placing a larger order. Product samples are available subject to the following sample request, shipping and credit policies.
Sample Requests Are Accepted Online Only
All sample requests must be submitted online. Samples are selected at random and may be sent in any available color. Depending on availability, a sample may be imprinted or blank.
Sample Shipping Charges
The sample subtotal does not include shipping charges. If you provide a valid shipping account number at checkout, the shipment may be billed to that account.
If a shipping account number is not provided, you will be notified of the applicable shipping charges before the sample request is processed, and those charges will be charged to your credit card. If an invalid shipping account number is provided, the applicable shipping charges will be charged to your credit card.
Samples are shipped to the Continental United States and Hawaii only.
Sample Credit With a Qualifying Order
When an order is placed with Garrett Specialties within 30 days of receiving a sample, a credit for the cost of the sample may be applied to the order. Shipping charges are not included in the credit.
If multiple samples were requested, the credit applies only to the sample items that are actually ordered.
Samples Are Non-Refundable
Sample purchases are non-refundable. The sample credit described above applies only when a qualifying order is placed within the stated 30-day period.
