Our Guarantee

Garrett Specialties values our customers and is committed to providing dependable service throughout the ordering process. We want you to receive the products you ordered, personalized according to the artwork and order details you approved.

Our Product Guarantee

We stand behind the products we sell. Your order should arrive free from defects or damage and personalized according to your approved order specifications. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, an eligible problem may be resolved through replacement, correction or refund.

Artwork Assistance

Good artwork is an important part of producing a quality imprint. If submitted artwork requires cleanup, modification or recreation before it can be used for production, artwork services may be available.

Any applicable artwork charges depend on the amount and complexity of the work required. When a charge applies, it will be communicated before the artwork service proceeds. This allows us to keep the information accurate without relying on fixed artwork fees that may change over time.

Basic typesetting may be available when appropriate fonts and information are provided.

Review Your Proof Carefully

When a proof is provided, please review the artwork, spelling, layout, imprint information and other order details carefully before approving it. Production is based on the approved artwork and order specifications.

Overruns and Underruns

Custom manufacturing can sometimes result in additional usable pieces being produced. Garrett Specialties does not charge customers for product overruns. You pay for the quantity ordered, and usable overruns may be included at no additional product charge.

Pricing

Garrett Specialties reserves the right to make price adjustments when necessary. Any applicable charges related to an order are reviewed as part of the ordering process.
