Art Proof Approval Process
An art proof is a digital representation of how your submitted artwork is expected to appear on a promotional product. It gives you an opportunity to review important details before the order moves into production.
Why Are Art Proofs Important?
A proof allows you to review your logo, wording, spelling, general placement and other artwork details before production begins. This is an important step because it gives you an opportunity to identify changes or corrections before the product is produced.
Our Art Proof Process
Garrett Specialties provides a free virtual proof with every order. After your artwork is received and prepared for the selected product, a digital proof is provided for your review and approval before production.
Please review your proof carefully. Check the artwork, spelling, wording and other information shown on the proof. If a change is needed, let us know so it can be addressed before you approve the artwork.
Color and Product Appearance
A digital proof is intended to show the general artwork and placement. Colors displayed on a computer monitor may not exactly represent the appearance of printed colors or the color of the finished product. Imprint methods, materials and product surfaces can also affect the final appearance.
Approving Your Proof
Production begins after the required artwork approval has been received. For that reason, please take the time to review the proof carefully before approving it.
