We at Garrett Specialties stand behind our product. However, as we deal with customized work, once an item is in production, no changes, cancellations or refunds can be made.
We will not accept returns on imprinted, customized, or blank merchandise unless you received the incorrect product as ordered, the product is printed incorrectly or the product is defective or damaged. Please Note: Closeout and Discontinued items are non-refundable.
We guarantee the product to meet your written specifications. Notify Garrett Specialties within fifteen (15) days of receiving any defective or damaged goods. We suggest you open your merchandise and review it when you receive your products. After the 15 days we are unable to provide a credit. A restocking fee will be charged on all items returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please call immediately at 800 320-1510 if any problem arises.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.
DO NOT return the items to an address on the packing materials or Web site. In many cases the facility processing the return will not be the same one that shipped the goods. Our customer service department will provide you with the specific information you will need. We will be happy take care of any concerns you may have at that time.
