Shipping Information

Orders are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items are normally shipped UPS or Fedex ground.  We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. Larger items are shipped by trucking companies.

If a blank order is canceled after the order has shipped a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Please note that delivery time is based on the time it takes approve a proof, produce your item, plus the shipping time.

Garrett Specialties ships from multiple facilities throughout the US. Items may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments, if you have ordered multiple items. Please specify shipping method for each item.

Should the items be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, Garrett Specialties is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment. Any claims or charges must be filed directly by you with your freight carrier. We will do whatever we can to assist you. Please contact us at 1-800-320-1510 or service@garrettspecialties.com

If you would prefer to have shipping billed to your shipping account number, please provide us with the information. If a Shipping Account number is not provided, you will be notified of the additional shipping charge which will be charged to your credit card.  If an invalid account is provided for shipping your credit card will automatically be charged. 

Shipping Delays 

Garrett Specialties is not to be accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which Garrett Specialties has no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Garrett Specialties be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery. In those instances where the Buyer is specifying a specific carrier and the freight is not being added to the invoice, all goods become your property at the time it is accepted by the carrier.  

Split Shipments

We can ship your order to multiple locations. Please fill out the information on the order form under special notes or contact us at 1-800-320-1510, or service@garrettspecialties.com and we will make sure all shipments are sent out to multiple locations. Please note that there are additional shipping charges for split shipments.

International Orders

We no longer accept international orders. If you reside outside of the US, all orders are required to send a wire transfer and ship in the United States only. Due to the increasing problems of customers refusing to pay custom fees, it has become prohibitive to sell our products outside of the US. International Orders are accepted if the ship to address is within the US and require wire transfer. Funds must clear before the order can be produced. There is an additional charge of $25.00.

Sample Shipments

We at Garrett Specialties try to make every attempt to make your buying experience efficient and comprehensive, however, we do understand the need to see sample products. Please note all samples are sent out as 1 (one) random, which could be any color, imprinted or blank.

Please Note: The Sub-Total does not include the shipping charge. If a Shipping Account number is not provided at check-out you will be notified of the additional shipping charges prior to your order being processed, which will then be charged to your credit card.  If an invalid account is provided for shipping your credit card will automatically be charged. Samples are shipped to the Continental United States and Hawaii only.

Due to the demand of sample requests, there is a Processing Fee of $15.00 per item. This does not include the price of the sample nor the shipping costs.

When an order is placed with Garrett Specialties within 30 days of receipt of sample, then a credit will be applied to your order. The credit will be the cost of the sample and the $15.00 handling fee only. If multiple samples are requested the credit against actual items ordered will be applied only. Samples are Not Returnable.
