No one works on commission so everyone is happy to help you. If more information is needed, one of our sales representatives will be happy to assist. Our new website is designed to make ordering easier, but we always welcome phone orders.

When ordering online you will receive an order acknowledgement. When ordering by phone an order form will be faxed. Please complete the order form and fax back. Following receipt of your artwork and the order, we will start processing your order.  A confirmation will be emailed when your order has been processed.

• An electronic proof will be emailed prior to production, unless a proof is waived due to time frame. After receipt of faxed approval of the artwork from our customer, we will then start production.
• Tracking numbers, as well as, the date it was shipped will be emailed.
• A final invoice will be emailed.

Services

At Garrett Specialties we have a full service art and graphic design division. We will clean up artwork or logo with moderate to complex levels of detail. For simple artwork a clean up of $18.50 will be added to your order. Our top graphic designers can recreate complex designs with high levels of detail. Complex design fee for in-house orders range from $55.00-$75.00. Typesetting is also free, providing the fonts are TrueType and Type 1 postscript fonts. If you are in need of a logo design we also provide this service.  The average logo design ranges from $75.00-$250.00 depending upon the complexity.

• You can pay for your order by credit card Visa, Master Card, American Express or by check. Our fully staffed credit department accepts purchase orders by Dun & Bradstreet rated companies, Schools, Universities and Govt Agencies.
• Our sales support, accounting, shipping, and art staff members provide a solid foundation of complete customer service.
• Garrett Specialties offers over 750,000 promotional items imprinted with your company logo or message.
• Our sales representatives are highly trained and experienced professionals in the promotional products.

Errors on our website

We make every effort to provide current and accurate information on our website but time to time errors and misprints.  We, at Garrett Specialties, reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for goods or services for which the price was incorrectly displayed or where we otherwise displayed erroneous or inaccurate information. Garrett Specialties reserves this right at any stage of the online ordering processing, which includes even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged providing there is a misprint, omission or error on our site.  If your order is cancelled and your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.  Please note individual bank policies will determines when this amount is credited to your account.  Providing you with a credit, where applicable, is our only obligation to you. Garrett Specialties is not obligated to sell products or services based on errors, omissions or misprints on our website.

Site Images

We take pride in providing clear and correct images.  However, please note that every monitor is set differently which may limit the true color, size and detail. The images are just guide to help you choose a product. Garrett Specialties cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image that appears on your monitor and the actual product. For further evaluation we suggest you order a sample of the product.

Images of our Dachshund

Images of our Dachshund were taken by Amanda Jones. Amanda Jones started her career in 1992. Amanda  provides her clients with simple, beautiful, lasting imagery through hard work, devotion to quality, and a very simple style. Amanda also produces images for the use in commercial photography along with four dog books. Amanda has appeared on Good Morning America, written articles for The New York Times, The San Francisco Chronicle, etc. Many of the covers of The Bark magazine are the talented work of the wonderful photographer.

Garrett Specialties warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to Buyer all transferable warranties made to Garrett Specialties by the manufacturer of the goods. Seller makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
