Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once your Order Acknowledgment has been approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make cancellations to an order. Naturally we understand the need to cancel from time to time and we will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. However, if your order is in process, there will be a cancellation charge of a minimum of $55.00 if your order is canceled prior to production. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges if provided, and restocking fees.  If the order is canceled after production has commenced, the full charge of order remains. The customer understands that all completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
