Over Runs and Under Runs
In certain instances you may receive an overage on your order. This is typical in the business due to the nature of custom printing.
Garrett Specialties does not charge our customers for this occurrence. We absorb the cost and pass back to our customer the over runs. We feel if you order 1000 stress balls you should pay for 1000 and not 1250. You are charged for what you ordered. You always will get more from Garrett Specialties not less.
