A pre-production sample differs from a random sample.  The pre-production sample is inscribed with your specific logo or message. A pre-production sample, is a process where we actually set-up your imprint on the product you requested and customize it.  After the pre-production sample is produced the sample is shipped to you for your approval.

There are additional costs involved with this process and they are the responsibility of the customer. The additional costs that might be needed to produce your pre-production sample are the product, set-ups, plates, films, digitizing, color separation if necessary, shipping etc.  If more than one color is needed, there will be additional setups and running charges.  Please note 1 - 2 weeks are required to produce the pre-production sample.

Once the pre-production sample is approved, we will apply the fees to your order (excluding shipping).  However, if you choose not to proceed with the order, we will not refund any charges that were charged in order to produce the pre-production sample.
