Setup charges are for setting up the printing equipment performing the imprinting including creating screens, tapes, dies, etc. Each product and/or imprinting method requires a different setup process. Setup charges vary by product. A setup is the same whether the order is 20 pieces or 20000 pieces. The fee is applied per additional color, per additional imprint location, per order.
Pantone:
The PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM (sometimes referred to as "PMS") identifies over 500 colors and the formulas for creating inks in those colors.
