Normal production time, on most promotional items is 10-15 working days. However, please tell us the date you need to receive your order. We'll let you know what's possible in order to meet your In-Hands Date. We make every effort to accommodate your needs. Rush service is available for select items which are indicated throughout the website. Perfect for those last minute decisions or for an emergency order. Please carefully read the details below:

Garrett Specialties offers rush service on many of our products, which can be produced within 1-5 working days beginning the first day after receipt of complete order and approved artwork. 

Order must be received by 10:00 AM Eastern Time and art approved by customer no later than 11:30 A.M. If art approval is received after 11:30 A:M, order will be considered as received the next day. Please note rush service does not include weekends, holidays or shipping time.

Art must meet our Requirements - Please click on our Artwork Requirements. 

One color, one position only, laser engraving & embroidery not available. PMS Match not available. 

Your request for the Rush Service constitutes your acceptance of the entire order without approving an art proof. 

Catalog quantities only. Subject to inventory availability. Subject to established and approved credit.
